Key features of our Hospital Inpatient Support service include:

  1. Emotional Support:

Our family support workers are equipped to offer empathetic and compassionate emotional support to individuals facing medical challenges. They understand the emotional toll that hospitalisation can take on patients and their families and are committed to providing a caring presence during these times.

  1. Practical Assistance:

Beyond emotional support, our team is ready to provide practical assistance to alleviate the burden on patients and their families. This may involve helping with daily tasks, coordinating with hospital staff, or addressing any immediate needs that arise.

  1. Communication Liaison:

Our support workers act as effective liaisons between patients, their families, and healthcare professionals. Clear communication is vital during hospitalisation, and our team ensures that information is conveyed accurately and promptly, fostering a collaborative and informed healthcare experience.

Coordinating care is a crucial aspect of our service. Our family support workers collaborate with medical professionals to ensure that the patient receives comprehensive and well-coordinated care, addressing both immediate and long-term needs.
